Our Careers Programme is fully aligned with the Gatsby Foundation’s Gatsby Benchmarks.As an independent training provider, we recognise that high-quality careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) is essential in supporting learners to make informed decisions about their next steps. Our programme ensures compliance with statutory requirements while placing learner progression at the heart of everything we do.

We believe our responsibility extends beyond delivering high-quality education. We are proud to play an active role in supporting our local community through charitable initiatives, partnerships and outreach activities that create meaningful impact.
Community engagement is also an important part of our learners’ development. Through fundraising, volunteering and local initiatives, learners gain valuable experience, develop teamwork and leadership skills, and understand the importance of contributing positively to society.
